It’s an excellent yoga mat with an outstanding non-slip rubber surface that significantly improves stability and movement during yoga practice. It’s easy to clean and maintain. It is heavier than standard foam mats, which makes it a little less convenient to carry, but the added weight greatly enhances its performance and overall user experience.
Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

Excellent yoga mat! The quality of the material is outstanding. It provides great grip and isn’t slippery, even during more dynamic practice. The contact with the floor is excellent, while the cushioning is just right—thick enough to comfortably support the knees and joints without compromising stability. I’m very happy with this mat and would definitely recommend it to other yoga practitioners.
