Returns & Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds | 2K YOGA

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we offer FREE COURIER RETURNS for all our global customers.

  • 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Return Conditions: To be eligible for a full refund, the yoga mat must be completely unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories.

How to Request a Free Return:
To arrange a free courier pickup from your home or studio, please click the button below and fill out our return request form.

What Happens Next?
Once you submit the form, we will personally arrange a pre-paid courier pickup. We will email you the pre-paid shipping label and confirm the pickup details. All you need to do is pack the mat in its original packaging, attach the label, and hand it to the courier.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your mat, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for standard returns.

Exchanges & Defective Items:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs) completely at our expense. Please contact us at info@2kyoga.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will resolve it immediately.
