It’s an excellent yoga mat with an outstanding non-slip rubber surface that significantly improves stability and movement during yoga practice. It’s easy to clean and maintain. It is heavier than standard foam mats, which makes it a little less convenient to carry, but the added weight greatly enhances its performance and overall user experience.
Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!
